Cottage and apartments
Our property has a main big cottage with 10 double bedrooms (5 self catered apartments). Each apartment has an independent entrance, terrace or private garden, one or more fireplaces, independent systems of electricity, water and gas, kitchen and double bedrooms furnished with for a comfortable stay. The entire cottage can be rented exclusively, or individually each apartment. The location can accommodate up to 26 people, 20 sleeping in double bedrooms and 6 on 3 double sofa beds. Ideal for groups of friends, large families or people who want to enjoy absolute tranquility and peace in contact with nature.
Apartment Blu
First floor, 100 square meters, 4 + 2 people, 2 double bedrooms, private terrace, has a kitchen, living room with fireplace, two double or twin bedrooms (one of which with fireplace), bathroom and private terrace. The living room is warm and welcoming and the fireplace makes it particularly appreciated during winter evenings. The rooms are quiet and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils that will satisfy even the most demanding cooks.
Apartment Giallo
Second floor, 110 square meters, 4 + 2 people, 2 double bedrooms, it consists of a large living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area and fireplace, two double (or twin) bedrooms, bathroom. For the guests a garden dining area is reserved in the park. The view from this apartment is truly impressive.
Apartment Verde
Ground floor, 150 square meters, 6 people, 3 double bedrooms, has a living room with fireplace, dining area with kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom and private garden. The entrance is under the arch. The large living room is ideal for spending time in a comfortable warm space specially in winter. It is our largest apartment, perfect for hosting a large family or a whole group of friends.
Apartment Azzurro
First floor, 100 square meters, 4 + 2 people, 2 double bedrooms, with private terrace; has a living room with fireplace and sofa bed, kitchen with dining area, two double or twin bedrooms, bathroom and big panoramic terrace. Ideal for 4 people but, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, you can also comfortably sleep 6. You can access the Azzurro apartment from the typical external staircase in perfect Umbrian style.
Apartment Bianco
Located under the big porch, ground floor, 45 square meters, 2 people, 1 double bedroom, has a big kitchen and bathroom with tub. Ideal for 2, this apartment is usually used for the preparation of meals for bigger groups as the big kitchen has direct entrance from the porch.
